Doug Hills joined the Streamline team in 2024 with over 20 years of marketing experience. He is dedicated to building trusted working relationships with producers to optimize company performance. Doug has worked in Oil, Gas, NGL, Power and Carbon markets and has represented producers on regulatory committees. Prior to joining Streamline, he consulted for small to medium sized producers to handle their marketing needs and was Managing Director at a private Hedge Fund where he traded commodities and Canadian Equities. Doug started his career in Marketing and Corporate Planning roles at Imperial Oil.

With over 15 years of energy industry experience, Erin Rowley joined the Streamline Energy Group team in 2019. Her extensive knowledge of NGL infrastructure, as well as her numerous relationships within the oil and gas marketing environment, allows her to uniquely understand our clients’ needs, and find them the best netbacks possible. Before joining Streamline Energy Group, Erin was a Marketing Representative at Keyera Corp. where she was able to develop her NGL marketing and operations expertise. Prior to that Erin spent time at Shell Canada and Suncor.

Michelle Hanna

Having joined Streamline in 2010, Michelle Hanna brings over 20 years of oil and gas experience in commodity marketing and scheduling, risk management, business development and contract negotiation. Throughout her career she has had success in building strong relationships with industry producers, brokers, and the marketing firms she collaborates with in the service of her clients. Prior to Streamline, Michelle worked as the Natural Gas Marketing Coordinator at Gibson Energy, where she was responsible for gas scheduling, trading and risk management along with back-office liaison. She brings extensive knowledge of natural gas transportation and operations throughout North America.
